Registration Information
Online registration is closed. Please contact Devrin Carr if you are interested in registering.
The full meeting fee of $4,850/couple plus $550/child will be charged upon registration.
PCI Compliance Regulations require the full meeting fee paid at time of registration.

Hotel Reservations
With your meeting registration you agree to reserve hotel rooms at The Sanctuary for a minimum of the 4 nights of the meeting - June 26, 27, 28, 29. To reserve your room(s) at The Sanctuary, please click HERE for the reservations form or call 877-683-1234 and reference YPO to receive the group rate. One night's deposit will be charged upon reservation. The balance due on the room fees will be charged to the same card used to reserve the room on March 26, 2013. Room charges will only be refunded if the meeting is sold out and a replacement can be found.

Meeting Fee Cancellation Policy
Confirmation to March 26, 2013:  Full refund less $1,000 processing fee
On or after March 26, 2013:  No refund

If another registrant is on the waiting list who replaced the cancelling registrant, all monies will be refunded to the cancelling registrant except a $1,000 processing fee. If no waiting list exists, the cancelling registrant may sell or give his/her space to any other member in good standing. A waiting list is established when the event reaches its registration goals. YPO will not offer any refund for cancellation apart from those described here.

Traveling to The Sanctuary

BY LAND:

BY AIR:
Charleston International Airport (CHS) is the closest commercial airport to the Sanctuary, and transfers are about 45-50 minutes (34 miles) door to door.  There are 11 direct flights from Atlanta to CHS daily, and 10 from Charlotte to CHS.  Transfers will be arranged with our transportation partner as plans are finalized and submitted. Please submit your flight information on the transportation questionnaire.

Charleston Executive Airport (JZI) is the private airport that is closest to the resort with Atlantic Aviation as the FBO to use upon landing.  Transfers from JZI to the Sanctuary are 20-25 minutes (16 miles), and will be arranged as travel plans are submitted. Please submit your flight information on the transportation questionnaire.

Schedule:  The meeting will start on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 26th and departures on Sunday, June 30th.

Prospects/Conditional Members:  Note that you and your spouse/guest must arrive by Tuesday, June 25th in time for Orientation at 3 PM.  

Travel Insurance

The Ocean Course - Site of the 2012 PGA Tour Championship
